WEBSITE ACCURACY

Although every effort is made to maintain accuracy, this website should not be regarded as an infallible guide to the current specifications of any particular product and the material contained in this website is for information purposes only.  Many of our items are pre-owned and therefore may have been subject to change since their original manufacture.  We accept no responsibility for the identification or communication of such changes in any item found on this website.  Riviera Guitars by permitting the use of this website does not make any recommendation or endorsement as to any product or other service or advisor, or to any material submitted by third parties or items linked to this website.  All year, specifications, item conditions and details are given as a guide and must be regarded as approximate only.  Riviera Guitars reserves the right to revise prices and to alter colours, specifications or item descriptions at our discretion at any time.  We endeavour to describe all of our items accurately and provide detailed photographs to help buyers make an informed choice but we will not be held responsible for anything that may not have been visible at the time of being listed.  In the event of any item not being significantly as described then you should inform us immediately upon receipt where we will endeavour to resolve the situation or agree to a return.  This does not affect your normal legal rights.

PRICING

The prices shown on this website are inclusive of delivery to UK only addresses and represent the total amount payable.  All requested changes or negotiations for any item for sale are conditional and no contact for sale will be made until the subsequent agreed changes have been made to the website listing and the potential buyer has purchased the item via the website.  This condition extends to all forms of communication between both parties and includes changes to pricing, items included in the listing, amendments to delivery options and any other change from the original website listing via email, verbal, text or any other form of acceptable communication entered into by both parties.  In the event that any agreed changes are made to a listing and the item is subsequently purchased by a third party then the contact of sale will be between Riviera Guitars and the third party and any discussions or agreements with the original potential buyer will be null and void.  Riviera Guitars will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation in this event and no contract will have been made.  Riviera Guitars reserves to the right to not inform any prospective buyer of any interest from a third party relating to the same item for sale.

Our guitars are available for sale across a number of different websites and as such each guitar is priced in accordance with the website it is available from at that time.  This is due to each website having a unique fee structure which directly affects the selling price or inclusive elements of each listing.  Riviera Guitars reserves the right to offer the same guitar for different prices dependent on the website it is being purchased from and that no compensation will be made in the event that a lower price is subsequently identified from an alternative website where it was available for sale.

Our guitars are made available for sale in a working order which means they are complete, undamaged and structurally sound.  Whilst each guitar is inspected, serviced, cleaned and comes with a usable set of strings, we will not be held responsible for any specific set-up to the guitar which includes intonation, playability, truss rod adjustment, fret condition, string height or any other standard or measurement normally associated with a musical instrument.  Electric and Acoustic guitars are precision instruments and we therefore recommend any set up is undertaken by the buyer at their own cost to achieve the full potential of the instrument.
